is it good to use a load balancer for voip???

im looking at implementing voip and have been suggested to also purchase a load balancer?

do u have these for your service?

im currently looking at pepplink and xrio um products...

help is much appreciated or i may have to stick to my standard phone system. also what is the roi like for voip?
